The Mikomi d.o.o. company was established in 2005. We work in production of steel structures, metal products and electrical cabinets. The company currently employs ten people. Steel structures, metal products and electrical cabinets are manufactured in modern production premises in Logatec. Metal constructions and electrical cabinets are made according to client’s projects or our own plans drawn up by our designer. We protect steel constructions and metal products against corrosion by hot dip galvanising or painting. The control of the manufacture of steel structures and metal products is conducted by an internal and external control. We also install the steel structures we produce in our plant.
We provide services to companies operating with complex electro-energetic equipment and we carry out the construction of new and renovation of already existing facilities for the transmission and distribution of electricity. Four engineers take care of the professional performance of the tasks entrusted to them, two of them passed the professional examination. Our work is based on high professional criteria, supplemented by employees with various additional trainings.
To ensure the quality of welding works, the company obtained the EN ISO 3834-2 certificate for the welding of steel structures. Welding of metal structures and electrical cabinets according to the EN ISO 14731 is led by our welding coordinator. With the knowledge, technology, development and achievement of the agreed deadlines we strive that the quality of our steel structures, metal products, electrical cabinets and services are at the level of our clients expectations. Wishes and needs of our clients are a challenge for us and we find solutions professionally and enthusiastically.
All of our products are equipped with a declaration of conformity (CE) in accordance with standard EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2012. The company is employing a welding engineer and engineer to perform non-destructive examination of welds (VT2 – visual inspection).

In our production facilities we also make
Electrical boxes are powder coated and have a SIQ certificate of appropriateness. They are made from quality W. Nr. 1.4404 stainless steel and S235JR simple plate. We make built-in and free standing boxes for concrete and iron rods and switch blocks.
Electrical meter boxes have the appropriate number of boxes of high quality material built-in in the upper part, which is resistant to UV rays. Electrical equipment can be installed in electrical boxes with wiring to the meters and we can perform measurements.
We manufacture all types of INOX external and internal rails of AISI 304 (1.4404) quality. For a more aggressive environment and seaside towns, we make INOX rails from acid-resistant INOX of AISI 316L (1.4404) quality.
Our INOX rails are durable, beautiful, elegant and of modern design and do not require any additional maintenance.
